Sports Charity Program
Applications for the 2010 program are now open.
The Geelong Cats make players available each year to selected organisations to aid those community partners in their effort to attract increased community support from all sources. United Way, in consultation with the Geelong Cats manage the program's partners.
Applications for the 2010 program are now open and will close on Friday 18 December for all charitable local human and health care organisations who would like the opportunity to participate. Subject to the following conditions:
- The organisation must provide a health and human care service to the Greater Geelong community;
- The organisation must be not for profit, with a seperate Management Committee/Board of Directors;
- The organisation must demonstrate how the players will be utilised; and
- The organisation must provide details as to how goods and services provided by the Geelong Cats will be used to enhance fundraising activities.
The successful charities will be notified in January with the program launch set for Febuary!
